What we Do

The Centre for Gender Economics and Innovation (C4GEi) aims to be the World’s leading social enterprise in Gender Economics by focussing a Gender Economics lens on business performance, which enables the sustainable management of complexity across diverse global environments.  A Gender Economic lens starts with economic performance or policy and then overlays a gender, then cultural, then values based lens to highlight underlying barriers to increased economic performance and gender balance.

We work with business, industry groups, government agencies and educators to deliver consulting services and research across a range of programs.  These include;

  • Specialist Diversity and Gender Consulting (Diversity Programs)
  • Diversity and inclusion programs, assessment and certification using the DPRF
  • Development of leadership training programs and workshops
  • Organisational Performance Consulting in Gender Economics, Innovation and Performance
  • Women’s Economic Empowerment working with women and girls
  • Working with men – “Its all about Men”
  • Research and publications on Gender Economics
  • Female Investment (Female Investor and Influence Network – FiiN)

We offer consulting services in Diversity Capability Assessments (DPRF™)Innovation Strategy, and convene the Gender Economics Global Conferences.

Our current Programs and Research
