Ross is the convenor of the Centre for Gender Equity and will speak on the Australian workplace re-masculinising.  An author and social scientist, Ross Honeywill is an internationally recognised authority on the impact of gender inequity in a transforming world.

Having recently completed a doctoral thesis on ‘patriarchy and its unearned privilege’ at the University of Tasmania, Ross has published papers in international journals and contributed a chapter to a new book on gender. His own seminal book on masculinities theory and practice is slated for publication in 2015.

Through his leadership role as a director of KPMG (Asia/Pacific) and subsequent international work with the NEO Consulting Group and now the Centre for Gender Equity, Ross has advised global and national brands including Qantas, Telstra, David Jones, Westpac,  National Australia Bank, Fairfax, Yahoo!, Fosters, Macquarie Bank, Energex, among others.

In partnership with Roy Morgan Research, Ross reveals startling new insights into the social and gender challenges in both the marketplace and the workplace. He specialises in delivering new ways of changing the attitudes and behavior of men – and yes, women as well – but predominantly men.

According to legendary media commentator Robert Gottliebsen, ‘No one knows more about the social revolution than Ross Honeywill.’
