Sue Tsigaros offers extensive experience, knowledge and skill, built over an academic, corporate and entrepreneurial career spanning more than 30 years.   Sue has a Masters in Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching) from the University of Sydney and is a Member (Assoc) of the Australian Psychological Society.

From teaching Psychology and Group Work, to managing a healing centre in 1981 and on to the Corporate world from the mid 1980’s to 2002, Sue has occupied roles ranging from front-line, client focused delivery to strategic, national and regional business management.

Sue launched Iris Group, in 2002 during her Postgraduate years at Sydney University where she gained a Masters Degree in Coaching Psychology. Twelve years later she has earned a reputation for the development of leadership and culture in organisations, blending evidence-based, solution-focused and transpersonal coaching approaches along with action methods, in an atmosphere of authenticity, courage and connection.

Board-level business advisors seek Sue’s input, to help realise much-needed gains in productivity and performance, through assessment and development.

Sue is passionate about the need for feminine wisdom in leadership.
